Delivery

Allied Materials delivers landscaping products and bulk aggregate. To arrange delivery, go to the product you wish to purchase and follow the prompts. If you're happy to pickup, we offer a complimentary trailer service. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and we’ll be in touch. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If requested, you can receive another notification when your order will be delivered.

You can expect delays if we are expecting a high volume of orders or weather conditions are affecting the delivery of our products. We will keep you informed of any delays in processing orders and local delivery.

Local delivery

Allied Materials has two delivery zones with a small charge that you will see at checkout. If you’re outside of our delivery zones, please contact us on 03 218 2049.

In-store pickup

You can skip delivery fees with free local pickup at Allied Materials, Cnr Bond & Tweed Streets, Invercargill 9810 and we offer a complimentary trailer service.

Just visit us in-store to buy our products. Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 8.30 am to 3 pm. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

A refund will be given if the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality. No refund will be given on change of mind or incorrect quantity order.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order or your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order info and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
